Brooke & Mohamed celebrated their beautiful wedding at Ceresville Mansion in Frederick, Maryland, with a classic white and green theme, elevated centerpieces, and a peony bouquet.
Holly of Xpression Photography captured the lovely moments of the day.
Romantic and Timeless Garden Style Flowers
The wedding florals were inspired by classic and romantic garden style wedding flowers. They kept it classy and timeless with white flowers and cheerful greenery.
Bridal Party Flowers
Brooke’s bridal bouquet was a lovely and classic peony bouquet. A round bouquet, with hints of ruscus to add contrast. Mohamed wore a simple white boutonniere to match.
Wedding Ceremony Flowers
On each side of the couple, two elevated floral arrangements were staggered on the stage and ground to frame them.
Wedding Centerpieces for the Guest Tables
The couple chose to alternate centerpieces on the guest tables to provide visual interest. Mixing tall centerpieces and low centerpieces creates a welcoming ambience for the guests. Brooke wanted timeless and beautiful table decor to match the beautiful wedding venue Ceresville Mansion. We also spruced up this fireplace mantel with some greenery and flowers.
The elevated centerpieces for the wedding guest tables contained tulips, hydrangeas, roses, snapdragons, and calla lilies. A few of the elevated centerpieces acted as the ceremony backdrop and then were moved to the guest tables. A beautiful way to repurpose flowers.
The low centerpieces were mono-variety bouquets of tulips and dainty vases of roses, snapdragons, stock, and baby’s breath.
Wedding Cake Flower Meadow Makes a Statement
One of the highlights of the wedding flowers was the cake display. This cake meadow started with a base of hydrangea, then the bridesmaid’s bouquets were tucked into the meadow to create a lush cake display.
